yoga - for back and core care
Monday 9:15am - 10:30am
Monday morning come join me for a joyful yoga sequence aimed at increasing your strength, resilience and stability. A class combining Hatha Vinyasa yoga with a core strength focus to assist in overcoming back pain.
Yin yoga & yoga nidra
Monday 5:30pm - 7:00pm
Yin Yoga is a deeply nourishing practice which holds poses in a more passive and relaxed way for a longer period, enhancing the meridians (energy pathways) and the fascial network. The class concludes with a guided meditation, Yoga Nidra 'conscious sleep'. You will need a blanket, cushion, towel etc.
Tuesday 5:00pm - 6:30pm
In this class we focus fully on releasing and the art of letting go.
Drawing on Somatics, Breathwork, Yoga and the more recent findings and studies around fascial planes in our body we’ll address the wide wild world of tension through a holistic approach of the body-mind connection.
All- in- all you should be leaving the class feeling nourished, deeply relaxed, experiencing more freedom in body and mind, gain a greater internal bodily awareness with more ease, mobility and flexibility.
pranayama - the yoga of breathing

Pranayama or breath work is a limb of yoga, with practices aimed at enhancing the capacity of our lungs and thereby our life-force. This class will teach you breathing techniques to bring more vitality and healing to your life.
Wednesday 9:00am - 10:30am
Slow-paced, breath-centred Hatha yoga practice.
The sequence of this class includes a warm-up for joint-mobilisation, pranayama (breathing exercises for increased vitality), postures for strengthening and stabilising. A moving meditation for integration and aligning mind, body, breath, soul and spirit. Suitable for all levels.

Hatha- vinyasa yoga practice. Integrating physical postures, breathing and meditation into a gentle, yet deep experience, to leave you feeling grounded, refreshed, balanced.
Thursday 9:30am - 11:00am
Kundalini Yoga elevates the spirit, increases energy and helps you to feel good. A unique combination of mudras, mantras, chanting, physical postures, meditation and relaxation with a gong enables the student to have a unique experience in every class.

EXPLORE KEY POSES OF HATHA YOGA - A YIN & YANG PRACTICE

Learn the balance of yin and yang in your yoga practice, sometimes we need a little more of the going with (y)in, softening into the posture, and sometimes we need dynamic, focused, strength-building movement. This class will be a full hour in the evening to build a complete practice.
