Yoga for Women-9_edited.jpg

Yoga is for everybody, but at different life phases and ages, we require different things.

This course is designed for young women to discover a balanced yoga practice, both grounding and uplifting.

You will also learn how your yoga practice can align with your menstrual cycle. What postures are best practiced and when.

In a safe, informative, relaxed environment, we'll make friends with our mind and body, and each other.

"This is the course I wish I had when I was a young woman"... Sonia

Join Kat Spargo for a workshop on Saturday May 3 to explore the benefits Restorative Yoga can have throughout peri-menopause and beyond.

When we empower ourselves with tools and skills in the face of change, it allows us to accept change as inevitable, that this transition is simply part of our story. The rich fabric that makes up a woman’s life.
