Meditation for Beginners - 4 Week Journey ✨

Your mind doesn’t need to be quiet to meditate—you just need to begin.

Meditation isn’t about emptying the mind, it’s about discovering the stillness that is already here, beneath the busyness.

Across 4 weeks, you’ll be guided through different styles of meditation so you can find the approach that feels natural for you. Together we’ll explore both the timeless roots of meditation as a path of self-discovery and awakening and the well-researched benefits it brings to modern life: easing stress, improving sleep, softening anxiety, and restoring balance.

Meditation is more than a tool for mental health, it’s a way of returning home to yourself, one breath at a time.

No experience is needed, just a willingness to begin.

By the end of the course, you’ll have your own practice and some tools to carry with you, wherever life takes you.

✨ Yoga Nidra & Restorative Practice – 4 Week Series ✨

Deep rest & renewal awaits. Join Emma for a 4 week journey into profound relaxation and healing. Each session begins with a short restorative yoga practice to soften the body, followed by the guided meditation of Yoga Nidra - an ancient meditative journey often described as “the yoga of rest.”

In Yoga Nidra, you rest in the fertile space between waking and dreaming, where the body deeply relaxes and awareness expands. Rooted in the wisdom of yoga and tantra, this practice is far more than relaxation: it is a doorway to inner clarity, profound healing, and awakening to your true nature.

Modern science now affirms what yogis have known for centuries - Yoga Nidra supports nervous system balance, improves sleep, eases stress and anxiety, and nurtures deep restoration on every level.

You don’t need any experience, just a willingness to lie down, listen, and receive.

This is rest as a sacred practice.

Whether you have a regular Yoga practice or new to Yoga, these classes will give you the courage to do Yoga at this time and learn which asana (postures) and pranayama (breathing) can be safely practiced to ensure better health during pregnancy and delivery.

- Asana for strengthening muscles and joints, and making maximum room in the womb.

- Pranayama to calm the nervous system, remove fatigue and promote gentle detoxification for the mind-body to remain healthy.

- Restorative, meditative, somatic exploration to move through this bountiful time.
